About Katrina

Katrina Vasher

I am a Neuro-Structural Bodyworker specializing in helping clients restore pain-free movement with “new school” bodywork that includes safe, nervous system-informed, client-centered, deep tissue massage along with pre-and post session assessment and neuro-reset movements. I routinely help people recover from injuries, accidents, surgeries, poor posture or any and all of the above. Sessions are typically deeply relaxing and are always suited to your pace and tolerance levels.

As a life-long student of bodywork for nearly 2 decades and a full time bodyworker, I continue to find ways to speed and improve recovery.

My goal is to provide gentle yet effective drug-free ways to reduce pain, stress and inflammation in the body so that my clients can resume their active lifestyles and gain new-found freedom in their bodies.
